After ordering your software you will be emailed a download link and serial number, the order process is automated and usually takes less than 60 minutes but please allow up to 12 hours before emailing us as card authentication services or Paypal's payment notification can often delay the process.
If you have not received a reply within 12 hours then you may have entered an incorrect email address on the order page or our message has ended up in your spam filter, please check this before contacting us.
