Ordering Info
After ordering your software you will be emailed a download link and serial number, this generally takes less than 20 minutes but please allow up to 4 hours before emailing us as busy email servers can delay the process.
If you have not received a reply within 24 hours then you may have entered an incorrect email address on the order page or our message has ended up in your spam filter, please check this before contacting us.
Common FAQ
Q. How do I enable the Feeder/Duplex on my scanner ?
A. Use the option to show the scanner dialog and select them from your scanners driver.
Q. When selecting a scanner the box is empty and I cannot scan ?
A. Either your scanner is not Twain compatible or the drivers are not loaded, you can get these from the manufacturers web site if you have lost the CD that came with it.
Q. Single pages scan ok but I have problems scanning multiple pages or using my scanners document feeder ?
A. Some scanners do not like to have their dialog hidden and may behave unexpectedly, just use the option to show the dialog when scanning.
