Scanner Diagnostic Reporting Tool

We have developed a diagnostic reporting tool that greatly helps diagnosing porblems related to scanning.

The tool lists the following information: Windows Version Our software version All Twain drivers installed on PC Current settings in our software All Running Processes

 

The tool is very simple to use and does not even need installing. Just click the download link below and choose Run when prompted by Internet Explorer. If you are using a different browser such as Firfox then you just need to double click the file after downloading.

When the tool opens simply press the 'Run Report' button and the data will automatically be copied on the Windows clipboard so all you have to do is Right-Click in your email to us and select 'Paste' and the report will be added.
